Agriculture
with values
We want to contribute to a fairer, more sustainable and developed world through agricultural practice.
One of the pillars we consider in each of our decisions is responsibility. That is why we have undertaken a threefold commitment to people, the environment, and the sector.
Our Commitment
Fair working conditions. We fight to maintain decent work conditions commensurate with the hard work of the field, as tough as life itself.
Local employment. We create local job opportunities by encouraging the economic development of the area. Our greatest investment is skilled and artisanal labor.
Job stability. Our permanent workforce is high in a sector where seasonal work predominates.
Well-being at work. We follow working hours that allow work-life balance for most of the year.
- Opportunities for all. We collaborate with associations such as the Red Cross and Novaterra in the “Incorpora” program by Fundación “la Caixa”, as well as with Caritas o in terms of job placement to provide work for those who need it most.
Studying to improve. Since 2016, we have worked on research projects recognized by the Ministry of Science and supported by CDTI and Torres Quevedo grants aimed at SMEs.
Progress and modernization. Through these projects, we have improved the following aspects: reduction in pesticide use, promotion of biological control, support for wild pollinators, and sustainable techniques for frost resistance and fruit cracking.
- Researching to face climate change:
: In 2020, we began the project “Development of new strategies to curb the impact of frost on cherry cultivation – FLOWERRIES” co-financed by the Technological and Innovation Center (CDTI) of the Ministry of Industry, Economy, and Competitiveness by the European Union (FEDER Funds) via the Intelligent Growth Operational Programme (2014-2020).
Today, after completing the project, we have achieved the technological challenge being able to expand the product range by protecting the flowering process of the crop.
Pioneers in organic cherry production. We are leaders in organic cherry production in Spain and we are working to continue growing in this respect.
The numbers do not lie. In 2021, nearly 10% of the organic cherry acreage in Spain is planted at Mas de Roc. We have given our all.
We use renewable energy and consume energy wisely. Part of our energy comes from solar panels, and we monitor consumption to use only what is necessary.
Water saving. We cultivate crops with water needs in line with the annual rainfall of our region and use direct measurement methods to calculate irrigation water and save this scarce resource.
We care about our land. Part of our surface is located in the Natura 2000 network. We comply with its guidelines to preserve nature and protect native species. Human activity must be integrated in a way that helps to safeguard the territory.
Reduction of our waste: We try to generate minimal waste and reuse and recycle as a last resort.
We are ambitious. Our objective is to fulfill the European Green Deal action plan in the field of agriculture. Let’s go for it!

Our ethics spring from valuing agriculture, the farmer, and our land.
Cultivating in our landis a gift for us and our orchards.
